unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or advertisements.

deceive or defraud individuals or organizations.
- High CPU Usage: Consistently utilizing more than 80% of CPU resources over extended periods, which
may affect server performance.
- Carding and Financial Fraud: Participating in credit card fraud, identity theft, or any related
activities.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to networks, systems, or data.
- DDoS Attacks: Initiating, participating in, or facilitating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS)

- IP Address Misuse: Using IP addresses not assigned to you or engaging in IP spoofing.
- Activities Leading to Blacklisting: Engaging in actions that result in IP addresses being blacklisted
by organizations such as SpamHaus, SpamCop, or other anti-spam databases.
- Violation of Laws: Engaging in activities that violate the laws of the jurisdiction where the server
or service is located.
2. Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of services.
- Fines or penalties as deemed appropriate by Web2Ex.
- Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- Disclosure of relevant information to comply with legal obligations.
3. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them to us.
4. Policy Updates
Web2Ex reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon
posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Service-Specific Terms
1. Impact on Network Stability
If your service causes disruptions to other users (such as powerful DDoS attacks,
excessive bandwidth or disk I/O usage, etc.), Web2Ex reserves the right to limit the relevant
resources, suspend the service, or terminate the service at any time. In such cases, we may offer a
migration to a dedicated server as a more suitable alternative to ensure the stable and uninterrupted
operation of other clients.
We value the stability of the network and the peace of mind of our clients. We are prepared to suspend or
refuse service to an individual client in order to protect the performance and reliability for others.
2. Prohibited Content and Usage
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Hosting or operating traffic-generating scripts or platforms (e.g. traffic bots, autosurf networks).
- Running websites or resources that create excessive and sustained load (e.g. audio/video streaming
platforms, file hosting or sharing services).
- Using services for abuse-prone purposes or content that leads to frequent complaints or blacklisting.
3. Bandwidth Usage Policy
By default, Web2Ex does not limit your channel bandwidth to a fixed value. You may
utilize the full capacity available on the node (e.g., 1 Gbit/s), unless:
- there is consistent abuse or overuse;
- such usage affects the experience or performance of other clients.
In such cases, we reserve the right to throttle the connection speed or enforce other limitations.
4. Regional IP Accessibility
Regional IP unavailability caused by external factors — such as blocking by ISPs, national authorities, or
regulatory agencies — is not considered a breach of agreement between the client and Web2Ex.
Example: An IP address assigned to a service is blocked in a specific region (e.g.
Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan) due to local government restrictions. Since the IP remains globally routable and
active at major exchange points and registry servers (RIS/RIR), the unavailability is beyond the control of
Web2Ex.
In such situations, the client may:
- Order a new IP address;
- Deploy a new service — potentially with an unblocked IP.
5. Disclaimer on Censorship and Access Restrictions
Web2Ex is not a "censorship bypass provider". We operate strictly within the legal frameworks of the
countries where our infrastructure is located.
As a hosting and infrastructure provider, we do not offer end-user internet access, and we are not
responsible for local network restrictions, user-side access issues, or governmental censorship.
If a user is unable to access their service due to such restrictions, no refunds or service credits will be
issued.
